Terms and conditions

CodeKru Tools is operated by Mehul Aggarwal, an individual in India trading as CodeKru. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean CodeKru, and “you” means anyone using the site. You can reach us at support@codekru.com.

• Accurate details: use your real name and an email address you can access, because receipts, refunds and account requests go to it.
• One person per account: do not share your login or sell access to your account.
• Security: you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Age: you must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any purchase.

The first 10 lessons of Selenium Java, 12 of Selenium Python, 9 of Playwright JS, 6 of REST Assured and 7 of API Testing, the online compilers and the generators within their free limits are free. Lesson numbers mean a lesson’s position in its course. CodeKru Pro is a paid plan that adds the features listed on the pricing page.

We may change what is free or what Pro includes in future. A change never takes away lessons or features from a plan you have already paid for while it lasts, except as described under fair use below.

• Prices: shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees, including all taxes.
• One-time payments: every plan and top-up is paid once. Nothing renews automatically, and we never charge you again unless you choose to buy.
• Payment provider: payments are processed by our payment provider (Cashfree Payments or Razorpay). We never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.
• Confirmation: Pro starts only after the payment provider confirms your payment. UPI payments can take a few minutes to confirm.
• Price changes: new prices apply to new purchases only.

• 1 month: 30 days of Pro from the moment your payment is confirmed.
• 1 year: 365 days of Pro from the moment your payment is confirmed.
• Founding lifetime: Pro for as long as CodeKru Tools runs. It is not tied to your lifetime or to a fixed number of years.
• If we close CodeKru Tools: we email every lifetime buyer at least 90 days before closing, keep Pro working until then, and let you download your solved lessons, your own code and your certificates. If we close within 12 months of your lifetime purchase, we refund ₹1,000.
• If CodeKru Tools is sold: lifetime plans move to the new owner, who must honour them.

Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

Generator runs are included in plans or sold in packs as described on the pricing page, for your own testing work. They are provided on a fair-use basis: if our costs change, or an account uses the generators in a way that harms the service (such as automated or bulk use), we may change limits or pause access. We tell you before changing the limits of a plan you have paid for.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it.

• Do not attack or overload the site, the compilers or the TestKru practice sites, or use them to reach other systems.
• Do not run code that mines cryptocurrency, sends spam, scans networks or breaks the law.
• Do not copy or republish lessons, hidden tests, guides or videos in bulk, or scrape the site.
• Do not try to get around the Pro lock, the generator limits or the grading.
• Do not use offensive or misleading names on the leaderboard.

Code you write and submit stays yours. You let us store it, run it and show it back to you so the site works. We do not publish it unless you share it yourself.

Lessons, guides, hidden tests, videos and the site itself belong to CodeKru. You may use them to learn and share links to them, but not resell or republish them.

A certificate shows that an account passed the graded lessons of a course. We may withdraw a certificate, or remove leaderboard results, that came from cheating, from a refunded purchase or from breaking these terms.

We work to keep the site running, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update lessons, tools and features at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account with an active paid plan for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the plan.

The site and its tools are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects a plan you have paid for, we also tell you by email.
